- Thinly slice the pork to make fillets, cut onion into slices, carrot into thin strips and sweet pepper into squares after de-seeding it.
- Heat oil in a large wok, add onion, pork and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Then add carrots, sweet pepper, peas and asparagus to the wok. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Dish out and serve with Satay Sauce.
