Ingredients

  • Carrots, raw | 0.33 lb medium
  • Oil, sunflower, linoleic less than 60% | 2.00 tbsp
  • Ham steaks, extra lean, boneless | 12.00 oz
  • Onions raw | 1.00 medium 2-1/2" dia
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Sweet Yellow peppers | 1.00 pepper, large 3-3/4" long, 3" dia
  • Peas, green, raw | 2.33 cup
  • Asparagus, raw | 1.50 cup

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the pork to make fillets, cut onion into slices, carrot into thin strips and sweet pepper into squares after de-seeding it.
  2. Heat oil in a large wok, add onion, pork and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Then add carrots, sweet pepper, peas and asparagus to the wok. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Dish out and serve with Satay Sauce.
