Ingredients

  • Egg bread | 2.50 slice 5" x 3" x 1/2"
  • Potato, skin, raw | 1.00 medium
  • Onions raw | 1.00 large
  • Pomegranates, raw | 1.00 pomegranate 4" dia
  • Spices, pepper, black | 2.00 tsp, ground
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 1.00 oz
  • Hot green chilli peppers, raw | 2.00 pepper
  • Salt | 1.00 tbsp
  • Walnut oil | 0.50 cup

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes then mash them. Chop onion, green chili and cilantro.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes with onion, green chili, few pomegranate seeds, salt, pepper and cilantro leaves.
  3. Wet the bread slices with hands.
  4. Fold the bread with potato filling, cut into round cutlet shapes.
  5. Fry in a little oil over medium heat until golden then bring out.
  6. Serve hot with any spicy sauce.
