- Boil the potatoes then mash them. Chop onion, green chili and cilantro.
- Mix mashed potatoes with onion, green chili, few pomegranate seeds, salt, pepper and cilantro leaves.
- Wet the bread slices with hands.
- Fold the bread with potato filling, cut into round cutlet shapes.
- Fry in a little oil over medium heat until golden then bring out.
- Serve hot with any spicy sauce.
