  • Spices, nutmeg, ground | 1.00 tsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Fresh thyme | 10.00 sprig

  1. Peel and slice the onion, carrot and potato; peel and mince the garlic cloves. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 400?F. Put together the potato, garlic, onion, carrots, nutmeg, half-and-half and salt in a large bowl; toss them well.
