  • Russet potatoes, raw | 4.00 oz
  • Feta cheese | 2.00 oz
  • Tabasco | 2.00 tsp
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 0.50 oz
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Clove(s) Minced

  1. Trim and finely chop the leeks; peel and chop the carrots; peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Open the garlic head and roast the garlic for 20 minutes. Cool them, and then squeeze out the flesh.
  2. Take a large saucepan of boiling water, cook potatoes and carrots in it for 15 minutes. Drain them and then mash garlic flesh.
  3. Now add the leeks, cheese, Tabasco sauce, pepper and coriander to the sweet potato mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 375?F. Shape the mixture into 8 small round patties and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with the ketchup.
