  • Sauce, worcestershire | 2.00 tsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.25 tsp, ground
  • Cucumber, with peel, raw | 1.00 cup slices
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 2.00 slice, medium 1/4" thick
  • Broccoli, raw | 1.00 cup chopped
  • Cauliflower, raw | 1.00 cup chopped 1/2" pieces
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 1.00 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Corn pasta, cooked | 2.00 cup
