  • QUAKER MultiGrain Oatmeal, dry | 0.50 cup 1 NLEA serving
  • Milk, nonfat, skim, with vitamin A and D | 10.00 fl oz
  • Whey protein powder | 6.00 tbsp
  • Seedless raisins | 0.50 cup, packed
  • Almonds | 12.00 almond
  • Peanut butter, chunky | 1.00 tbsp
