Ingredients

  • Broccoli, raw | 0.50 cup chopped
  • Celery, raw | 1.00 stalk, small 5" long
  • Egg, white, raw | 6.00 large
  • White mushrooms raw | 1.00 cup, pieces or slices
  • Brown rice, long grain, cooked | 0.33 cup
  • Drinking tap water | 0.33 cup 8 fl oz
  • CAMPBELL Soup Company, PACE, Cilantro Chunky Salsa | 1.00 serving
  • Soy sauce made from hydrolyzed vegetable protein | 2.00 tbsp
  • Spinach, raw | 1.00 cup
  • Onions raw | 0.33 cup, chopped
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp

Instructions

  1. Lightly steam the broccoli to a crisp-tender texture.
  2. In a pan coated with cooking spray, add soy sauce, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, steamed broccoli, chopped celery and spinach.
  3. Cook on medium heat until spinach is cooked.
  4. Add water or broth and rice and simmer until liquid has cooked away.
  5. Once all the ingredients are cooked add in the 6 egg whites and stir until the eggs are completely cooked.
  6. Top with salsa.
