  • Orange juice, raw | 1.00 tbsp
  • Self-rising enriched wheat flour | 0.33 cup
  • Orange peel, raw | 1.00 tbsp
  • Brown sugar | 4.00 tbsp packed
  • Butter salted | 0.25 cup
  • Peanuts, dry roasted | 2.00 oz

  1. Chop peanuts and set it aside. Heat the oven to 350°F. Blend sugar and butter till creamy and light. Then add orange peel, orange juice, flour and salted peanuts. Mix well to make soft and smooth dough.
  2. Using the dough, make small pieces almost the size of a walnut and roll them to form balls. Taking greased baking trays put these balls apart from each other. Press them using a fork and bake them for 10 to12 minutes. Place them on wire rack and let them cool.
