  • Egg, whole, raw | 2.00 small
  • Hardboiled egg(s) | 3.00 large
  • Russet potatoes, raw | 16.00 oz
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs. Boil potatoes in the pan and then remove the skin off, mash them well. Remove yolks from whites of the boiled eggs. Then cut boiled egg whites into small pieces.
  2. Now put together the eggs and potatoes and season it with salt and pepper. Make balls from the mixture and then dip them in beaten eggs, coat with bread crumbs.
  3. Deep fry them until golden and then transfer to the serving plates and serve with your favorite sauce.
