- Mince the parsley and onions first. Mix beef broth, mustard, flour and tomato paste together in small bowl. Combine onion, parsley, ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Divide it into four 0.5 inch thick ovals.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet, over medium to high temperature. Toss beef ovals in the skillet and cook for 7 minutes, turn often. Remove from the heat and place them to serving plates.
- Add broth mixture to the pan and cook until it becomes thick (reduce about 0.5 cup). Pour this sauce all over the beef with the help of a spoon and scatter chopped parsley.
- Serve and enjoy Quick Salisbury Steak warm.
