  • Radishes, raw | 4.00 medium 3/4" to 1" dia
  • Apples, raw, with skin | 2.00 medium 3" dia
  • Lemon juice, raw | 2.00 tsp
  • Onions raw | 0.50 medium 2-1/2" dia
  • Romaine lettuce, raw | 1.00 head
  • Red wine vinegar | 3.00 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar | 2.00 tsp
  • Salt | 1.00 tsp
  • Olive oil | 0.25 cup
  • Low fat sour cream | 0.50 cup
  • Spices, poppy seed | 1.00 tsp
  • Spices, dill seed | 2.00 tsp

Instructions

  1. Combine thinly sliced radish, apple (cored, seeded and thinly sliced and tossed coated in lemon to retard browning) and sliced onion with chopped lettuce.
  2. In a small bowl, combine vinegar with sugar and salt.
  3. Whisk in oil, stir in sour cream, poppy seed and dill.
  4. Sprinkle dressing evenly over salad and serve.
