  • Passion Fruit juice | 4.00 fl oz
  • Raspberries, raw | 2.00 cup
  • Cottage cheese, low fat, reduce lactose | 2.00 cup
  • Powdered sugar | 2.00 tbsp unsifted

  1. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp in a bowl with a teaspoon, put cheese and sugar then mix them.
  2. Take a small bowl, mash the raspberries in it with a fork until their juice runs.
  3. Take four stemmed glasses, put alternate spoonfuls of cheese mixture and raspberry pulp to create a gentle swirl effect.
  4. Decorate with whole raspberries and a mint spring.
  5. Serve as it is or lightly chilled.
