- Combine sugar, spearmint and water in a 2-quart casserole.
- Cook in oven on full power for 2-1/2 to 4 minutes or until the liquid boils.
- Stir halfway through cooking time. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add frozen raspberries and lemonade, stir until raspberries are thawed.
- Just before serving, stir in the club soda.
- Serve over crushed ice.
