Ingredients

  • Granulated sugar | 0.25 cup
  • Fresh spearmint | 4.00 tbsp
  • Drinking tap water | 1.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Frozen raspberries | 1.00 package 10 oz
  • Lemonade, powder, prepared with water | 6.00 fl oz
  • Club soda | 1.00 can or bottle 16 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, spearmint and water in a 2-quart casserole.
  2. Cook in oven on full power for 2-1/2 to 4 minutes or until the liquid boils.
  3. Stir halfway through cooking time. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Add frozen raspberries and lemonade, stir until raspberries are thawed.
  5. Just before serving, stir in the club soda.
  6. Serve over crushed ice.
