  • Frozen sliced peaches | 3.00 cup, thawed
  • Milk reduced fat protein fortified, with vitamin A and D | 1.75 cup
  • Frozen raspberries | 3.00 cup, unthawed

  1. For peach smoothie: Pour peach nectar into blender; add frozen peaches. Cover and blend until smooth. Transfer to pitcher or glass measuring cup.
