  • Sugar-free low fat fruit yogurt | 2.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Orange juice, raw | 2.00 cup
  • Frozen raspberries | 3.00 cup, unthawed
  • Bananas, raw | 2.00 small 6" to 6-7/8" long
  • Vanilla frozen yogurt | 3.00 cup

Instructions
