Ingredients

  • Onions raw | 1.00 small
  • Sauerkraut, canned | 0.75 cup
  • Cheese, swiss | 1.50 cup, diced
  • Cooked corned beef | 6.00 oz
  • Ranch salad dressing | 3.00 tablespoon
  • Mustard, prepared, yellow | 1.00 tsp or 1 packet
  • Fresh dill weed | 0.33 tbsp
  • French rolls | 16.00 oz
  • Egg, white, raw | 1.00 large
  • Toasted sesame seeds | 0.50 oz

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion; lightly beat the egg white.
  2. Completely combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Stretch out a tube of the crescent dough on an ungreased baking sheet and seal seams and perforations in.
  4. Spread out half of the corned beef filling on the center of the rectangle. Cut 1 inch wide strips on both the longer sides on the rectangle up to an inch of the filling.
  5. Beginning with one end, fold alternating strips at an angle over the filling and seal ends. Replicate the process with the other crescent dough and filling.
  6. Glaze egg white over braids and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degree F till golden brown, approx. 25-30 minutes. Cool the gorgeous Raiden Braid sandwiches on wire rack for 5 minutes before slicing servings. Serves 8.
  7. Note: You may refrigerate leftovers.
