- Melt chocolate chips in top half of double boiler over low heat.
- Beat melted chocolate chips, powdered sugar and water at low speed until softened in a bowl.
- Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each addition.
- Add softened butter and vanilla.continue to beat until smooth.
- Pour into buttered 9-inch square pan.
- Set in refrigerator and cool until firm.
- Cut into desirable shapes and sizes.
- Serve hot or chilled.
