  • Semi sweet chocolate | 1.00 cup chips 6 oz package
  • Powdered sugar | 1.50 cup sifted
  • Drinking tap water | 4.00 fl oz
  • Egg, whole, raw | 3.00 small
  • Butter without salt | 0.50 cup

  1. Melt chocolate chips in top half of double boiler over low heat.
  2. Beat melted chocolate chips, powdered sugar and water at low speed until softened in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each addition.
  4. Add softened butter and vanilla.continue to beat until smooth.
  5. Pour into buttered 9-inch square pan.
  6. Set in refrigerator and cool until firm.
  7. Cut into desirable shapes and sizes.
  8. Serve hot or chilled.
