Ingredients

  • Cauliflower, raw | 1.00 head large 6-7" dia.
  • Garlic, raw | 6.00 Tbsp
  • Pork, cured, bacon, raw | 3.00 slices
  • Olive oil | 2.00 tsp
  • Salt | 1.00 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 tsp, ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. On a baking sheet, toss together the cauliflower(small cut into florets), garlic halved slices, bacon slices cut into bite sized pieces and olive oil.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes until bacon is crisp and cauliflower is cooked through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
