  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, paprika | 0.13 tsp
  • Walnut oil | 2.00 tsp
  • Fresh rosemary | 2.00 tbsp
  • Red potatoes, raw | 8.00 potato small 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 475° F. Take complete unpeeled potatoes and chop them in half. Using a pan filled with cold water, boil the potatoes then drain properly.
  2. Sprinkle walnut oil on potatoes and flap the pan so that potatoes are covered by oil smoothly and completely.
  3. Place potatoes into a shallow roasting pan and sprinkle paprika, salt and rosemary in it. Bake it for 30 minutes or till potatoes are crunchy. Serve when ready.
