- Heat the oven to 475° F. Take complete unpeeled potatoes and chop them in half. Using a pan filled with cold water, boil the potatoes then drain properly.
- Sprinkle walnut oil on potatoes and flap the pan so that potatoes are covered by oil smoothly and completely.
- Place potatoes into a shallow roasting pan and sprinkle paprika, salt and rosemary in it. Bake it for 30 minutes or till potatoes are crunchy. Serve when ready.
