- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
- Thinly slice onions, Thinly slice sweet red pepper.
- In large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook chicken stirring frequently, until it is no longer pink and juice run clear. Remove chicken from pan.
- In same pan, cook onion, garlic minced, pepper, and broccoli until crisp-tender. Return chicken to pan.
- Add salsa and stir to coat. Cook for 1 or 2 minutes.Season to taste with salt, pepper , if using. Serve immediately.
