Ingredients

  • Carrots, baby, raw | 3.00 large
  • White potatoes, raw | 4.00 potato medium 2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia
  • Onion soup, dry | 1.00 packet
  • Margarine, regular, hard, soybean hydrogenated | 6.00 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes and slice into 1/8 inch slices.
  2. Place the vegetables in the foil.
  3. Add a few spoonfuls of margarine on top of veggies.
  4. Sprinkle packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix on top.
  5. Fold tinfoil up into a packet and place on grill.
