- Take a small saucepan, put 1-inch of water in it, and simmer. Take a small heat proof bowl; place it over simmering water. Put chocolate and oil in it, leave until chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat and stir until smooth. Set it aside.
- Blend yogurt, honey, cocoa, and coffee, tofu, vanilla and salt in a blender until smooth. And then put the chocolate in a blender and blend until well combined.
- Take four dessert cups, divide the mixture equally between them, cover and chill for 2 hours. Serve 'Semisweet Chocolate Pudding' cold.
