  • Semi sweet chocolate | 2.00 oz approx 60 pcs
  • Palm kernel oil | 0.13 tablespoon
  • Chocolate frozen yogurt | 1.00 cup 4 fl oz
  • Cocoa powder without sugar | 8.00 tbsp
  • Silken tofu soft | 2.00 slice
  • Coffee, instant, regular, powder, half the caffeine | 0.50 tsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash

  1. Take a small saucepan, put 1-inch of water in it, and simmer. Take a small heat proof bowl; place it over simmering water. Put chocolate and oil in it, leave until chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat and stir until smooth. Set it aside.
  2. Blend yogurt, honey, cocoa, and coffee, tofu, vanilla and salt in a blender until smooth. And then put the chocolate in a blender and blend until well combined.
  3. Take four dessert cups, divide the mixture equally between them, cover and chill for 2 hours. Serve 'Semisweet Chocolate Pudding' cold.
