  • Apple cider vinegar | 2.00 tbsp
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu | 1.00 tbsp
  • Sesame oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Wine, non alcoholic | 0.50 fl oz
  • Tahini, from raw and stone ground kernels | 2.00 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a small bowl, place tahini in it then gradually mix in the vinegar and wine until smooth.
  2. Crush the garlic clove finely then add it to bowl along with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Mix thoroughly to combine.
