Ingredients

  • Drinking tap water | 1.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Spices, chili powder | 2.00 tsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Beef, round, full cut, lean only, select, broiled | 1.00 lbs
  • Barbeque sauce | 0.25 cup 8 fl oz
  • Spices, onion powder | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, garlic powder | 0.50 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Place the round cut beef and water in a slow cooker. Cover, and cook 5 hours
  2. Remove the roast from slow cooker, and shred using two forks. Discard fat.
  3. In the slow cooker, mix the barbeque sauce, honey, cumin, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  4. Stir in the shredded beef.
  5. Cook 1 hour on Low.
  6. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
