Ingredients

  • Olive oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Shrimp, raw | 1.00 lb
  • Spices, basil, dried | 0.25 tsp, leaves
  • Spices, thyme, dried | 0.25 tsp, leaves
  • Spices, rosemary, dried | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, oregano, dried | 0.25 tsp, leaves
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 1.25 cup 8 fl oz
  • Mayonnaise, diet, cholesterol free | 2.00 tbsp
  • Mustard, prepared, yellow | 2.00 tbsp
  • Maple syrup | 1.50 tbsp
  • Spices, turmeric, ground | 1.00 tsp
  • Fresh basil | 0.25 cup chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the shrimps, remove the tails and devein them. Take a large skillet, heat the oil in it at a medium heat. Then put the basil, thyme, oregano and rosemary together with the shrimps in the skillet, seasoning and then cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Now put together the yogurt, mustard, mayonnaise, maple syrup, turmeric, and chopped basil, seasoning. Transfer to the serving plates and serve 'Shrimp Cocktail Recipe' with the yogurt.
