- Crush garlic cloves and finely chop the onion then keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, stir fry garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Add cumin seeds and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and basil. Give it a boil then let simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Put shrimps in the wok and adjust seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes on high flame.
- Bring out in serving plates to serve hot!
