Instructions

  1. Follow the directions to make 1 square basic fruit cake, and leave it for 2-3 months to mature.
  2. Use almond paste to cover the whole cake for 1-2 weeks before icing, place it on the silver cake board.
  3. Prepare the royal icing, to see the recipe and flat ice the top and sides of the cake. Use crystallized flowers to decorate in good manner and silver cake decorations as in the photographs.
  4. Place silver cake board edging to cover the sides of cake, use little icing to secure. For the bottom and top edges of the cake, pipe a shell to finish.
