  • Chickpeas garbanzo beans, canned | 6.00 cup
  • Cucumber, with peel, raw | 1.00 cucumber 8-1/4"
  • Parsley, raw | 5.00 sprigs
  • Red wine vinegar | 3.00 tbsp

  1. Dice the tomatoes; finely chop the rosemary sprig and garlic clove; dice the cucumber; roughly chop the parsley. Put together the garlic and rosemary together with the chickpeas and little water in a saucepan. Heat a while and then put the mustard, oil, vinegar and seasoning.
