Ingredients

  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Palm kernel oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Bouillion, low sodium, dry | 1.00 cube
  • Onions raw | 1.00 slice, medium 1/8" thick
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 cup
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 2.00 medium whole 2-3/5" dia
  • Egg, whole, raw | 1.00 small

Instructions

  1. Dice tomatoes and chop garlic cloves, set them aside.
  2. In a frying pan put vegetable oil and heat it, then add garlic, bouillon cube, black pepper and onion. Cook them till onion is tender.
  3. Sprinkle water and put diced tomatoes. Let it cook on slow flame for almost 10 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl; take egg and whip it properly. Mix it with tomato sauce and let it simmer for a minute, mixing throughout.
  5. Season with pepper and salt according to taste. Serve hot with boiled potatoes.
