- Dice tomatoes and chop garlic cloves, set them aside.
- In a frying pan put vegetable oil and heat it, then add garlic, bouillon cube, black pepper and onion. Cook them till onion is tender.
- Sprinkle water and put diced tomatoes. Let it cook on slow flame for almost 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl; take egg and whip it properly. Mix it with tomato sauce and let it simmer for a minute, mixing throughout.
- Season with pepper and salt according to taste. Serve hot with boiled potatoes.
