Ingredients

  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Chickpeas garbanzo beans, boiled, without salt | 2.00 cup
  • Tahini, type of kernels unspecified | 2.00 tbsp
  • Lemon juice, raw | 1.50 fl oz
  • Soy sauce made from soy tamari | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, cumin seed | 0.50 tsp, whole
  • dried coriander leaf | 0.25 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper | 0.50 tsp
  • Parsley, raw | 2.00 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Put garlic in a food processor and pulse to roughly chop.
  2. Add chickpeas, tahini, 3 cup water, lemon juice, tamari (soy sauce), cumin, coriander and a pinch of cayenne (you may add more later
  3. to increase the heat), and process until creamy and smooth. Transfer to a bowl, cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
