  • Cornstarch | 1.00 tsp
  • Granulated sugar | 2.00 cup
  • Whole milk with added vitamin D | 1.00 cup
  • Peanut butter, smooth, no salt | 0.25 cup
  • Cocoa powder without sugar | 2.50 tbsp
  • Butter without salt | 1.00 tbsp

  1. Mix together cornstarch, butter and sugar in heavy based skillet. Add milk and cocoa then mix well.
  2. Cook until a little of the mixture dropped from a spoon forms a ball in a cup of cold water.
  3. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and pour in a fudge molder, let it cool until firm.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled, then serve.
