Ingredients

  • Whole skinless chicken, raw | 1.00 chicken, bone and skin removed
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Dried shallots | 2.00 cup
  • Fresh rosemary | 0.25 tsp
  • Parsley, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper | 1.00 tsp
  • Spices, paprika | 1.00 tbsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Lemon juice, raw | 2.00 tsp

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken.
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic,challots,rosemary,parsley,cayenne pepper,paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper, mix well.
  3. Stuff the chicken with the marinade and rub gently on outside as well.
  4. Marinate for atleast 4hours ,and for best results leave the chicken to marinate overnight.
  5. Tuck the legs of the chicken underneath and place on a roasting rack.
  6. Roast in a 500 degree F oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Turn the oven down to 350 degrees F and cook until the
  8. juices run clear.
