Ingredients

  • Drinking tap water | 3.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Skinless turkey breast, raw | 0.25 unit yield from 1 lb turkey
  • Hot chili red pepper, raw | 1.00 pepper
  • Cayenne pepper | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, cloves, ground | 0.25 tsp
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Fresh thyme | 0.50 tsp
  • Spring onions | 1.00 medium 4-1/8" long
  • Spices, ginger, ground | 1.00 tsp
  • Onions raw | 0.25 cup, chopped
  • Mustard greens, raw | 4.00 cup, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except greens into large saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Prepare greens by washing thoroughly and removing stems.
  3. Tear or slice leaves into bite-size pieces.
  4. Add greens to turkey stock. Cook for 20–30 minutes until tender
