  • Almond paste | 2.25 cup, firmly packed

Instructions

  1. You will need Christmas cake decoration and ribbon. Get them and place aside.
  2. Make the cake mixture as per directions given in Celebration Cake Recipe, and bake a cake on 300*F preheated oven and let mature for 2-3 months.
  3. Cover the whole cake with almond paste, 6 or 7 days before doing icing and decoration. Shift the cake on silver cake board.
  4. Follow our royal icing recipe, and cover the sides of cake then roughly cover the top with icing. Arrange the christmas cake decoration in good manner, for example: robin, reindeer, a Father Christmas, snowman etc. Beautify a ribbon around the cake to make it more wonderful.
