  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified | 1.50 cup
  • Powdered sugar | 1.33 cup unsifted
  • Egg, whole, raw | 3.00 small
  • Sour cream, reduced fat | 0.50 cup

  1. Heat the oven at 325F. Take a 9X5-inch loaf pan and coat it with the help of a cooking spray. In a large bowl; mix salt, baking powder, baking soda, and flour well. Whisk sugar and butter together at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs one by one and beat after each addition. Mix flour mixture alternately with sour cream and beat with low speed constantly. Beat in the vanilla.
  2. Shift to the coated pan, smooth top and bake for 70 minutes. Place it on a wire rack and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer to the serving plate and enjoy Sour Cream Cake.
