  • Spaghetti | 10.00 oz
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Olive oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Orange juice, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Parsley, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar | 2.00 tbsp
  • Red wine vinegar | 2.00 tbsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, oregano, dried | 2.00 tsp, ground

Instructions

  1. Crush garlic clove and chop parsley and oregano leaves; set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, boil the salted water. Cook spaghetti for 12 minutes or until tender.
  3. At the same time, put the dressing ingredients in a small saucepan. Put salt and pepper lightly and heat to boil, then remove from the heat. Leave for five minutes to infuse.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and return to the saucepan. Add dressing over the pasta and toss carefully.
  5. Serve immediately.
