- Crush garlic clove and chop parsley and oregano leaves; set aside.
- In a large saucepan, boil the salted water. Cook spaghetti for 12 minutes or until tender.
- At the same time, put the dressing ingredients in a small saucepan. Put salt and pepper lightly and heat to boil, then remove from the heat. Leave for five minutes to infuse.
- Drain the spaghetti and return to the saucepan. Add dressing over the pasta and toss carefully.
- Serve immediately.
