  1. Clean potatoes, ground cilantro and crush garlic, set them aside. Heat the oven to 400°F. Take potatoes and slice them in moon shaped wedges of about ¾ inches. Put them in a bowl and add garlic, cumin, black pepper, olive oil and cilantro, mix it properly so that all potatoes are covered completely.
  2. Slightly brush a large baking tray and let it warm in oven. Place potatoes and set them in a single layer. Bake them for almost 30 to 35 minutes till they are softened and golden brown in color. Take them out and add a little salt over them, then serve when ready.
