- Cook broccoli in a little boiling salted water, covered, in a small saucepan for 12 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
- Heat oil in a small skillet, add cayenne pepper, onion and garlic, cook for 10 minutes or until onion is soft.
- Put broccoli, onion mixture and Parmesan cheese in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- In a small serving bowl, transfer the mixture and serve it either at room temperature or chill for few hours!
