- Firstly, finely chop onions, peel and grate the carrots.
- Now in a sauce pan, place the onions, carrots, orange peels, orange juice and chili powder then bring to boil.
- Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cool the mixture and process in a blender until smooth.
- Now take the mixture out in a bowl, add yogurt and tear basil leaves in this dip.
- Mix well; add lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve at room temperature.
