  • Orange marmelade | 1.00 tbsp
  • Lemon juice, raw | 1.00 tsp
  • Olive oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Spinach, raw | 2.00 cup
  • Arugula, raw | 2.50 cup
  • Oranges, raw, navels | 0.25 cup sections, without membranes
  • Onions raw | 5.00 slice, thin
  • Dry roasted hazelnuts, no salt | 4.00 oz
