Ingredients

  • Spinach, raw | 1.00 package 10 oz
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Mushrooms,Portable Cap | 12.00 oz
  • Spring onions | 4.00 medium 4-1/8" long
  • Oil, sunflower, linoleic, approx. 65% | 3.00 tbsp
  • White wine | 1.00 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Crush garlic cloves. Cut mushrooms and scallions into slices.
  2. Whisk honey and wine in a small bowl and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a deep saucepan. Stir fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic along with spinach to the saucepan and stir-fry for 3 more minutes.
  5. Pour over the whisked honey mixture and stir to mix well.
  6. Dish out in 4 serving plates. Place scallion slices scattered over them and serve!
