- Crush garlic cloves. Cut mushrooms and scallions into slices.
- Whisk honey and wine in a small bowl and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a deep saucepan. Stir fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic along with spinach to the saucepan and stir-fry for 3 more minutes.
- Pour over the whisked honey mixture and stir to mix well.
- Dish out in 4 serving plates. Place scallion slices scattered over them and serve!
