- Wipe the spinach and then remove the long stalks, drain and then dry them; slice the garlic cloves and onion. Heat the wok and then dry-fry the pine nuts until lightly browned. Remove the nuts from the wok and set them aside.
- Now heat the oil in the wok and then put the onion and garlic in the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then put the spinach and mushrooms and stir-fry until the leaves have wilted. Drain any excess liquid.
- Now add the raisins in the wok together with the pine nuts and soy sauce; stir-fry the mixture until thoroughly heated and well mixed.
