- Cook together the honey, cinnamon, apples and water at low heat for 15 minutes in a saucepan, while stirring occasionally. Put away from the heat and whisk until free from any lumps. Set aside to cool.
- Take a large bowl, put the yogurt and stir in the apples. Then stir in the raspberries (reserve few for decoration). Spoon the mixture into 4 dishes and let chill for 1 hour.
- Decorate with the reserve raspberries and mint sprig and then serve.
