  • Apples, raw, with skin | 2.50 cup, quartered or chopped
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 1.00 tsp
  • Drinking tap water | 2.00 tbsp
  • Low fat yogurt | 1.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Raspberries, raw | 0.50 cup

  1. Cook together the honey, cinnamon, apples and water at low heat for 15 minutes in a saucepan, while stirring occasionally. Put away from the heat and whisk until free from any lumps. Set aside to cool.
  2. Take a large bowl, put the yogurt and stir in the apples. Then stir in the raspberries (reserve few for decoration). Spoon the mixture into 4 dishes and let chill for 1 hour.
  3. Decorate with the reserve raspberries and mint sprig and then serve.
