  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu | 2.00 tsp
  • Granulated sugar | 1.00 tsp
  • Fresh basil | 10.00 leaves

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces; seed and chop the chilies; slice the garlic cloves; set them aside.
  2. Take a wok and heat oil in it then add chilies and garlic and stir-fry until golden.
  3. Then put the chicken and again stir-fry until it changes the color.
  4. Season with sauces and sugar.
  5. Stir-fry for 4 minutes more or until the chicken is tendered.
  6. Garnish with the chilies and fresh Thai basil leaves.
  7. Serve it hot.
