- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces; seed and chop the chilies; slice the garlic cloves; set them aside.
- Take a wok and heat oil in it then add chilies and garlic and stir-fry until golden.
- Then put the chicken and again stir-fry until it changes the color.
- Season with sauces and sugar.
- Stir-fry for 4 minutes more or until the chicken is tendered.
- Garnish with the chilies and fresh Thai basil leaves.
- Serve it hot.
