- Cut onion and sausage into slices and carrot into strips. Also whisk the egg and keep aside.
- Stir fry sausage slices in a deep saucepan for 5 minutes then add soy sauce and cook for further 3 minutes.
- Add carrot, peas, pineapple and onions. Saute for 3 more minutes.
- Stir in the rice and cook for 3 minutes. Pour whisked egg, mix well till the egg seems to be cooked.
- Serve hot!
