Ingredients

  • Oil, sunflower, linoleic less than 60% | 2.00 tbsp
  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu | 2.00 tbsp
  • Onions raw | 1.00 medium 2-1/2" dia
  • Carrots, raw | 0.33 lb medium
  • Peas, green, raw | 1.25 cup
  • Canned pineapple, water pack | 0.75 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks
  • White rice, long grain, cooked | 4.75 cup
  • Egg, whole, raw | 1.00 small
  • Parsley, raw | 0.50 oz
  • Pork sausage | 3.00 slice

Instructions

  1. Cut onion and sausage into slices and carrot into strips. Also whisk the egg and keep aside.
  2. Stir fry sausage slices in a deep saucepan for 5 minutes then add soy sauce and cook for further 3 minutes.
  3. Add carrot, peas, pineapple and onions. Saute for 3 more minutes.
  4. Stir in the rice and cook for 3 minutes. Pour whisked egg, mix well till the egg seems to be cooked.
  5. Serve hot!
