  • Leeks, raw | 3.00 cup
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Brown sugar | 1.00 tbsp packed
  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu | 2.00 tbsp
  • Red wine vinegar | 1.00 tsp
  • Salmon, raw | 1.00 lb
  • Corn and canola oil | 3.00 tbsp

  1. Scrape skin of salmon fillets and slice them. Thinly shred the leeks and crush garlic clove.
  2. Put salmon slices in a shallow non-metallic dish.
  3. Mix wine, ketchup, garlic, sugar and soy sauce in a bowl. Then pour it over the salmon, coat nicely and leave for 30 minutes to marinate.
  4. Meanwhile, heat corn oil in a deep saucepan, add leeks and stir-fry for 10 minutes over medium flame.
  5. Strain leeks into serving plates. Put salmon in the remaining oil and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Shift cooked salmon from wok over the leeks in serving plates and serve!
