  • Unsweetened gelatin mix | 0.66 tbsp
  • Strawberries, raw | 2.00 cup, halves
  • Lemon juice, raw | 3.00 tbsp
  • Whole milk Ricotta cheese | 0.75 cup
  • Low fat yogurt | 0.67 cup 8 fl oz
  • Sweeteners, brown, contains sugar and sucralose | 1.00 tbsp
  • Lemon peel, raw | 0.50 tsp
  • Egg, white, raw | 2.00 large

  1. Beat the ricotta cheese until smooth. Stir in low fat yogurt, sweetener and lemon rind.
  2. Pour 2 tbsp of lemon juice in a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it.
  3. Place this bowl over a pan of hot water and stir to dissolve the gelatin completely.
  4. Quickly stir the gelatin into cheese and mix it evenly.
  5. Beat egg whites until they from soft peaks. Quickly fold them into the cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon the mixture into six lightly oiled, individual heart-shaped molds chill them until set.
  7. Put strawberries and a tbsp of lemon juice in a blender and process until smooth.
  8. Pour sauce on to serving plates and place the turned out hearts on top.
  9. Decorate with slice of strawberry and serve!
