  • Blueberries, raw | 5.00 oz
  • Raspberries, raw | 0.50 cup
  • Orange juice, raw | 5.00 fl oz
  • Nectarines, raw | 4.00 small 2-1/3" dia
  • Low fat yogurt | 0.75 cup 8 fl oz
  • Orange peel, raw | 1.00 tbsp

  1. Cut the nectarines in half, discard the stones. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 350*F. Put together the blueberries and raspberries in a bowl. Take another bowl; put together the honey and orange juice in it. Whisk together the orange rind and yogurt in another bowl.
  2. Arrange the nectarines in an ovenproof dish. Fill the empty space of the nectarines with the berries mixture. Ladle honey mixture over the berries mixture and then top with the yogurt mixture.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve.
