  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 5.00 plum tomato
  • Cucumber, with peel, raw | 0.50 cucumber 8-1/4"
  • Mangos, raw | 0.50 fruit without refuse
  • Fresh basil | 5.00 leaves
  • Low fat yogurt | 0.25 cup 8 fl oz
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

  1. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise. Using a melon baller, scoop out the seeds and core from each half. Cut cucumber into round slices (1/4 inch thick). Peel mango and cut into half. Cut only one mango halves into strips.
  2. Cut cucumber and mango into small cubes now and add to the bowl. Cut basil leaves into small pieces by using your fingers or scissors.
  3. Add yogurt in a bowl and sprinkle with pepper. Combine them all.
  4. Fill the stuffing in tomato halves and serve at once.
