- Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise. Using a melon baller, scoop out the seeds and core from each half. Cut cucumber into round slices (1/4 inch thick). Peel mango and cut into half. Cut only one mango halves into strips.
- Cut cucumber and mango into small cubes now and add to the bowl. Cut basil leaves into small pieces by using your fingers or scissors.
- Add yogurt in a bowl and sprinkle with pepper. Combine them all.
- Fill the stuffing in tomato halves and serve at once.
