  • Margarine-like, vegetable oil spread, 60% fat, stick, with salt | 2.00 tbsp
  • Okra, raw | 0.50 cup
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 2.00 cup, chopped or sliced
  • Onions raw | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Tabasco | 0.50 tsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.50 tsp, ground
  • Corn, sweet, yellow, canned, whole kernel, drained solids | 1.25 cup
